Since breaking ground in June, Wedge Preserve Park is already beginning to take shape—captured in new aerial photos that show how this 36-acre community destination is evolving.
Designed by CPH, in partnership with our Trilon partner firm @[DRMP](urn:li:organization:46447), the park continues to move from vision to reality as site transformation becomes more visible.
These aerials from June and October highlight the steady momentum behind a project built on community input, thoughtful planning, and a shared commitment to enhancing outdoor life in Parkland.

🎉 Ribbon Cutting Celebration: Sanford City Hall Breezeway Expansion
We were honored to join the @[City of Sanford](urn:li:organization:107440665) last week to celebrate the grand opening of the newly expanded Sanford City Hall Breezeway! This transformative project was designed to enhance civic engagement, improve accessibility, expand the City Hall facility, and strengthen community connection.
Through full architectural and engineering services, CPH helped reimagine the first floor with a strategic expansion that improves security, relocates the Building Official’s office, and adds much-needed parking capacity. The redesigned breezeway now serves as a welcoming and functional gateway to City Hall, reflecting Sanford’s commitment to responsive government and inclusive public spaces.
From concept to completion, this project showcases the power of collaboration, thoughtful design, and a shared vision for a more connected and accessible civic experience.
