This holiday season, our Tampa and Sanford offices came together to make a meaningful impact in their local communities!
Our Tampa office hosted a toy drive benefiting A Kids Place of Tampa Bay, helping bring joy, comfort, and holiday cheer to children in foster care.
In Sanford, our team rolled up their sleeves for a Bike Build in partnership with Bicikleta Bike Shop and their Get Sanford Cycling Program. Together, they built bikes that promote mobility, confidence, and opportunity for local youth and families.
From toys to bikes, these efforts reflect what CPH Gives Back! is all about—supporting the communities where we live and work. Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and helped make this season a little brighter. 💙

Students visited the Southwest WRF in DeBary for a project tour and collaborative presentation, gaining exposure to how engineering concepts translate into real-world applications. In the afternoon, a group joined us at our Sanford office for a deeper look into design-focused work and conversations with our Utilities engineering team.

🏌️♂️CPH Celebrates Ribbon-Cutting at Historic Mayfair Golf Course Clubhouse ⛳
We were honored to attend the ribbon cutting for the iconic Mayfair Golf Course Clubhouse in the City of Sanford! CPH provided architectural, MEP, structural, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services for the design of the new clubhouse, which will carry forward the legacy of this landmark. The original clubhouse, built in 1878, was once the home of Sea Captain Charles Amory—adding even more historical significance to this project.

🚀 Delivering Results: Ahead of Schedule & Under Budget
The CPH-Managed Toho Program Management Office (PMO) has successfully completed two major utility relocation projects, Simpson Fortune Intersection and Simpson South, as part of the Osceola County and Toho Water Authority joint venture.
These projects required extensive utility relocation and new infrastructure to support roadway improvements and regional growth. CPH served as Engineer of Record for Simpson Fortune Intersection, led by @[Mason Gardberg, P.E.](urn:li:person:03Numi3mgz), while the PMO, under the leadership of @[Jay Morris, P.E.](urn:li:person:d4aBQyTcbY), provided program oversight for Simpson South and full project management services during construction for both projects.
With the projects completed early, delivered under budget, and with minimal change orders, this achievement demonstrates the strength of our PMO approach and our commitment to delivering efficient, client-focused solutions. As we enter the fourth year of our PMO program with Toho, CPH continues to manage multiple similar projects with the same dedication to excellence.

Last week, we joined the City of Orlando Parks and Recreation Department and Commissioner Stuart to celebrate the transformation of this beloved half-acre park on Edgewater Drive.
CPH partnered with the City to engage the community and develop a master plan that honors the park’s historic character while introducing modern amenities. The revitalized design features a new pavilion that doubles as a stage and a quiet family picnic shelter, along with decorative paving, lush landscaping, a welcoming seat wall, and upgraded benches, tables, and lighting for comfort and safety.
This high-profile park is a centerpiece for seasonal events and cherished by residents. With a tight budget and limited space, our team worked creatively to balance functionality, aesthetics, and community expectations—delivering a space that feels both iconic and inviting.
