Joshua D. Lockhart, P.E. is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. With diverse work history on commercial and industrial land development projects as well public roadway/infrastructure work, Josh has managed several multi-disciplinary programs for national clients throughout the East Coast during his 18+ years of experience. His focus is now on shopping centers, mixed-use projects, and distribution & manufacturing facilities. |
