Nikhel “Nik” Jindal GCC, Assoc. DBIA, ENV SP serves the firm of CPH as Chief Strategy and Success Officer, working with CPH’s team to create and implement strategies that promote organic and inorganic growth, innovation, and business resiliency. He has over 25 years of experience and joined CPH in 2001, when the company was approximately 100 employees in five offices, led the creation of the firm’s branding, and assisted with growth initiatives including the development of new markets/offices and service lines. During his tenure at CPH he has served in roles that include Project Manager, Director of Marketing, Client Service Manager, and Principal. His project experience includes public infrastructure projects such as complete streets, water/wastewater, parks and recreation, and public safety and public works facility projects. He has over 25 years of experience in public and private projects, with project values ranging from $75,000 to over $100 million in construction value. Nik holds his Associate DBIA certification from the Design-Build Institute of America and is an Envision Sustainability Professional recognized by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure. |
