Jeffrey M. Satfield, PE, ENV SP is a 28-year veteran of private and public sector work including entitlements, urban redevelopment, and sustainable design efforts associated with retail and infrastructure projects. Some of his key projects include the first Supermarket in the State of Maryland to achieve LEED Gold, the City of Cape Coral 47th Terrace Complete Street Program, and the first ever Quick Service Restaurant designed to meet the Net Zero guidelines. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science Environmental Engineering, Jeffrey first joined CPH 24 years ago serving the utility group located in DeLand, Florida. Since that time, he has been a leader in the growth and development of the Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, and Baltimore offices and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Development Officer supporting our great clients across the nation. Giving back to the communities where we live and work is important to Jeffrey and he currently serves on the Ronald McDonald House Advisory Board, is a member of the ISCS Environmental and Land Use Board, and is a Big Brother for Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. |
