Kimberly “Kim” McCann, AIA LEED AP joined CPH as the Director of Architecture. A graduate of University of Florida, Bachelor of Art & Master of Architecture, she is often called upon for creatively designing urban infill projects, self-storage design to maximize profitability, and senior living projects with a luxury appeal on a cost-efficient budget. With 26 years of experience, Kim has won many awards and designed a wide variety of projects, including mixed-use projects, industrial, hospitality, and residential developments. |
