In his 25th year with CPH, David E. Mahler, PE serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Infrastructure, previously having served as a project engineer and office and project manager in the Orlando office. David is a graduate of University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering. His project specialty over the years has become JPA project utilities relocations for the Department of Transportation (DOT), including the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Florida Region 2023 Water/Wastewater Project of the Year, City of Largo Design-Build of WWRF Biological Treatment Improvements Project. |
