Sharon Stecker serves as Executive Vice President, Strategy & Operations at CPH, where she leads enterprise planning and execution focused on profitable, sustainable growth. Her responsibilities include strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence, the Project Management Office, resource planning, and acquisition integration. Working across CPH’s business units and sectors, Sharon helps translate strategy into clear priorities, accountable execution, and measurable business performance. Sharon brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the environmental, engineering, and professional consulting industries. Before joining CPH, she led regional and national business units, directed multidisciplinary teams and complex client programs, and served in executive and advisory board roles. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen operations, expand strategic client relationships, integrate acquisitions, and build high-performing, growth-oriented businesses. |
